We want you to love your Swig Life products, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the progress of your return.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
